I was on my way home from daycare when I picked up a screw in my tire, so I showed up at the shop 15 minutes before closing. I asked if my tire could be patched and be done by 9:30 AM because I needed it the next day, and prepared to call an Uber. Upon seeing me and my two kids, Lisa found a technician that could stay late and get it fixed immediately. She made sure they had a cold drink, some candy, and Play-Doh while the shop stayed open late to get us back on the road. Lisa is a fantastic human being, and so is the technician who stayed late to help us out. I could not recommend Brown Tire any higher.

My mother-in-law's Buick had 4 brand new tires mounted from a supposedly respectable tire company. However, she ended up driving from Arizona with all 4 rim leaks and 3 valve stem leaks. Had to put air in the tires every 12 hours. Took the car to Heinold and Feller, and they were able to remedy it and notice that it was due to improper mounting. Buyers, beware, you may have nice tires, but they may not have been mounted properly. Heinold and Feller corrected everything. To this day, 2 months later, not one pound of air has leaked since in any tire.

These guys are great! Lisa & Steve were accommodating, friendly, professional and efficient. Bought tires for my 98-year old dad’s car. (His care givers drive it.) I needed to replace 11-year old tires! Got an alignment as well. Improved ride and steering is easily noticeable. I would go back in a heartbeat.
